Launched a new brand with no awareness and a limited budget, while competing with established retailers. Built both in-store and online demand and kept stock aligned with fast-moving trends.

I turned product benefits into short, repeatable TikTok storylines that pitched products with viral campaigns such as  ''7 Must-Have Kitchen Essentials"

DMs → Purchase

I directed interested viewers to DM/WhatsApp/Instagram, answered objections and guided first time buyers smoothly to purchase.

Success Strategy-
Forecasting Loop

I built a simple views → demand → stock forecasting loop to prioritise SKUs, plan drops and adjust pricing.

Scale & Retention- POS CRM + WhatsApp Groups

I used my POS system to track customer purchases and segment them into new vs repeat buyers. I then managed WhatsApp groups where I shared tailored offers, product drops and updates. This boosted repeat purchases and built a loyal community around the brand.

Micro-influencer Pilots

I partnered with micro-influencers to test affordable campaigns that introduced the brand to new audiences and generated sales.

Driving End-to-End Growth

I did not just create viral campaigns. I built the full growth loop. From spotting trends and pitching products to guiding customers through purchase and finally scaling sales through repeat buyers and influencer pilots. Through building my own brand i believe i will relate to fashion sellers on TikTok Shop and help them turn attention into sustainable revenue growth.
